DESCRIPTION:  

This is an ISO image of the bootable Firmware Upgrade CD for customers of the Modular SAN Array 1000 for NetWare and Linux. It provides updated firmware for the MSA1000 Controller, Environmental Monitoring Unit (EMU), and MSA Fabric Switch 6.


Enhancements/Fixes:

For NetWare & Linux customers, the following upgrades are provided:

MSA1000 Controller firmware v2.38
MSA1000 EMU firmware v1.86
MSA SAN Switch 6 firmware v101G12


HOW TO USE:

1. Download the ISO image MSAFW100.iso to a directory on your hard drive.
2. Use CD burning software to create a CD from the ISO image.
3. Boot server to the CD environment and click on the "Flash MSA Firmware" banner.
4. Refer to the instructions in MSA_Flash_Guide.txt.
