Note: Please ensure that driver diskette image file is save in a DOS 8.3 name. Use the "rawrite" utility which can be obtained from the Linux OS media. Insert a floppy diskette in the diskette drive, run the rawrite utility and follow the on screen prompts. MAKING A DISKETTE UNDER A LINUX-LIKE OS: Save the driver diskette image file into a temporary directory. Note: To make a diskette under Linux (or any other Linux-like operating system), you must have permission to write to the device representing a 3.5-inch diskette drive (known as /dev/fd0 under Linux).
