Description

The Offline Smart Storage Administrator Utility provides an ISO image that
can be burned to a CD/DVD, or mounted via the ILO remote console as an
Image File.

This image is a bootable environment that immediately starts SSA to allow
configuration of storage.

Installing & Running the Offline Smart Storage Administrator
--------------------------------------------------------------

Mount the ISO image via ILO, or burn/write the ISO image to the desired media
(CD/DVD/USB).  Insert the media into the server and boot the server.  Verify
that your system can boot from the desired media.

Booting from a USB key is only supported in UEFI mode.

To boot from USB key, mount the ISO using your preferred ISO mounting software,
format the USB Key, and then copy the contents of the mounted ISO to the USB key.
The USB key may now be used to boot to the Offline Smart Storage Administrator
environment.

NOTE: When booting from the USB key, a menu is presented. The
		"USB BOOT: Smart Storage Administrator (SA)" option
		should be selected so that the correct device is mounted during the boot
		sequence.

A menu with the three boot options (SSA, SSACLI, SSASCRIPTING) is shown.
The user can manually select which utility to start; or if no selection is made,
SSA is automatically started.

This image is a bootable environment that immediately starts SSA to allow
configuration of storage.

This ISO image can also be mounted as a CD image through ILO.  It is highly
recommended that your server have the latest BIOS firmware and latest ILO
firmware installed.

This utility provides the following boot options:
   *   The web based Smart Storage Administrator Utility (SSA)
   *   The command line Smart Storage Administrator CLI Utility (SSACLI)
   *   The command line Smart Storage Administrator Scripting Utility (SSASCRIPTING)
