<target> modify [surfacescandelay=0|1..30|?]
   Sets the surface scan delay for the controller, where # is between 1 and 30 
   seconds. A value of 0 will disable the feature, causing the surface scan
   mode to be set to Disabled.
    The target can be any valid controller.


<target> modify [surfacescanmode=disable|idle|high|?]
   Sets the surface mode for the controller. Can be disable, high, or idle.  If
   idle is specified, a surface scan delay value must also be specified
    The target can be any valid controller.
