This utility (FWUPG.EXE) will upgrade the firmware on all NC7760s (5702 LOM)
and then upgrade the firmware on all NC7781s (5703 LOM). 

You need these 4 files on a bootable DOS diskette.

Run FWUPG.EXE from a command prompt. 


NOTEs:

	o The updated firmware for NC7770 NICs is not available as yet.

	o This utility does NOT make a backup of your current firmware version.

	o This utility will update your firmware version if your current version of 
	  firmware is less than or equal to the most recent firmware version.
